Injection Molding
  • Directly machine many of the parts that are traditionally micro-injection molded.
  • Avoid purchasing an intricate mold for producing only a few test parts.

Stereo Lithography (SLA)
  • Utilize a broader range of materials than possible with SLA
  • Generate parts that are 5-10 times more accurate than possible with SLA
  • Higher surface quality than possible with SLA
Traditional Machining using macro machine tools
  • Provides better accuracy, performance, and part handling capabilities, which are required to handle small parts, compared to traditional CNC machine tools
  • More cost effective solution for micromachining than the traditional CNC machine tools
  • Small foot print and simple utility requirements for easy factory installation when compared to traditional CNC machine tools
Stamping/Forming
