Value

Microlution's innovative machining technology enables fast turn-around times, high accuracy, and a wide range of material and geometry capabilities. This value is derived through our proprietary mMT technology that provides high-performance machining capabilities for small high precision parts much more efficiently than traditional machining centers.

Materials Capabilities

Microlution's mMT technology can process traditional materials (metals, plastics) as well as exotic materials such as calcium fluoride, silicon, glass and some ceramics.

Geometry Capabilities

Microlution's 3-axis CNC micro/meso-scale machining system can produce 2-D (slots, holes, etc.) and 3-D (contours, rounds, etc.) geometry in workpieces up to 63 mm (2.48") in size. Microlution has successfully created features as small as 10 microns (0.00039") in a variety of workpiece materials.

Accuracy

Microlution's advanced micro-manufacturing technology allows very high accuracy to be achieved at a much lower cost than is traditionally available.
