Manufacturing Technician
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manufacturing and assembly technician responsibilities include electrical panel assembly, precision mechanical assembly and other assembly tasks. Applicants should have a HS diploma or GED, be detail oriented, hard working and have a demonstrated ability to work in a precision environment. Applicants must be experienced with reading, interpreting and working from assembly drawings and schematics. Experience with calipers, micrometers, gauge blocks, soldering, hand-tools and power tools is required.
Ideal candidates must be:
Self-motivated with a proven track record in manufacturing (industrial equipment experience a plus).
Experienced with the principles of 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement.
Organized and tidy.

Manufacturing Operations Leader
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Manufacturing Operations Leader is responsible for actively driving and managing the manufacturing process from sales-order thru shipment, including planning, scheduling, supporting cell leaders as well as interfacing with souring and Advanced Manufacturing Engineers. The Manufacturing Operations Leader must have strong organizational, communication and management skills.
Ideal candidates must be:
Self-motivated with a proven track record in manufacturing (industrial equipment experience a plus).
Experienced with the principles of 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement.
Experienced with managing technicians and cell leaders.
Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with rapidly growing sales.
Organized and analytical.
Able to overcome obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for development and execution of manufacturing schedules
Responsible for managing and supporting a team of technicians
Responsible for material planning

Sales Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
Microlution Sales Managers are responsible for actively driving and managing the sales process with potential and existing customers. The Sales Manager must have strong presentation skills and be able to properly articulate both technology and product positioning to both technical and business end users.
Ideal candidates must be:
Self-motivated with a proven track record in capital equipment sales and knowledge of technology.
Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
Organized and analytical
Able to overcome sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
Prepared for extensive travel (both domestic and international).
Able to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
Additional Responsibilities:
Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations
Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as tradeshows, conferences, seminars, etc.
Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
Able to effectively convey customer requirements to Microlutions technology teams

Application Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION
Microlution is currently looking for an experienced CNC Programmer & Application Engineer. The job requirements are as follows:
2-5 axis CAM programming skills with high accuracy milling machines
o Proficiency MasterCAM, Espirit, or Cimatron
o Proficiency in high speed machining techniques
o Programming applications that have tight tolerance requirements (less than +/- 10 microns)
Setting up and running high accuracy machining centers
o Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain controllers is a plus
o Experience fixturing and handling small parts (overall size less than 50 mm)
o Experience setting up, using, and monitoring small cutting tools (less than 1 mm in diameter)
o Experience in dealing with a wide range of materials (plastics, stainless steels, titanium, tool steels, exotic materials, ceramics/glass, etc.)
This position also entails technical support for our Sales department, setting up and running machine demonstrations, and conducting machine training. In addition to having machining and CAD/CAM skills, candidates must have strong communication and presentation abilities. .
